描述

尽管较早的报道说这株细胞包含腺病毒5 DNA病毒基因组的左端和右端，现在已经清楚只存在左端序列。
这株细胞适于滴定人腺病毒。细胞表达一种不寻常的由整联蛋白beta-1亚基和玻联蛋白alpha-v亚基组
成的玻联蛋白细胞表面受体。Ad5插入片段进行了克隆和测序，结果表明碱基1-4344插入到了19号染
色体（19q13.2）。
