F9小鼠畸胎瘤细胞
描述：在维生素A酸和联丁酰基cAMP刺激下，F9细胞分化成体壁内皮层。 分化的细胞合成血浆酶原活化因子，粘层蛋白和IV 型胶原质。 只有在经过维生素A酸处理后细胞上的cAMP才是活化的。 细胞中有三个拷贝β1粘合素基因。 检测表明肢骨发育畸形病毒(鼠痘)阴性。
