Src Kinase inhibitor 1. The results showed that SKI-1 induced significant apoptosis in a dose-dependent manner in cancer cells with high basal Src activation. Src promotes survival and invasion of lung cancers with EGF receptor abnormalities and is a potential candidate for mol.-targeted therapy.
