Deschloro-2-oxo-thiamethoxam is obtained from the hydrolysis of Thiamethoxam(T344180). Thiamethoxam is a neonicotinoid insecticide. Reports show that when exposed to neonicotinid pesticides honeybees have probelms returnign home after foraging and bumblebee colonies grow poorly and produce fewer queens. Useful in cannabis testing kits as a component of pesticide mixes (P698240).
