Cyclopropylacetylene is used in a variety of chemical reactions in organic syntheses. Used in the synthesis of BACE1 inhibitors used in the treatment of Alzheimer’s disease. It is also used in cycloaddition reactions and the synthesis of fluoromethylsydnones.
