4'-Butylacetophenone is a compound usually found in cigarette smoke condensate. 4'-Butylacetophenone is also used as a reagent to synthesize 1,2,3-triazoles (e.g. 1H-1,2,3-Triazole [T767390]) from N-tosylhydrazones and anilines (e.g. Aniline [A662475]).
