A labelled analogue of Desloratadine (D290250) and labelled form of Desloratadine Citric Amide (D290255) which acts as a nonsedating-type labelled histamine H1-receptor antagonist. An active metabolite of Loratadine. Also inhibits generation and release of inflammatory mediators from basophils and mast cells.
