2-(Dibenzylamino)-1-(4-fluorophenyl)propan-1-one is an intermediate used in the synthesis of p-Fluoro-4-methylaminorex (F791850), which is a derivative of Aminorex (A629200), an anorectic stimulant drug of the 2-amino-5-aryl oxazoline class. Aminorex has been shown to have locomotor stimulant effects similar to Methamphetamine (M258795).
